This is for a fitting of a brand new pair of ski boots for two customers with one dedicated ski boot fitter, and includes an in depth measuring and biomechanical assessment, selection of a ski boot, and if required moulding of custom footbeds. Moulding of the boot liners is also included. This is NOT for a boot tweak.

This is for the making of a pair of custom insoles for a pair of ski boots or snowboard boots or for moulding of a new set of ski boot liners bought from us such as Intuition, ZipFit or Foam Injected Liners. A custom footbed is £140, or £99 when purchased with a new boot liner.

This is for making follow up adjustments to a boot bought from The Skiers Lounge only within 18 months of purchase. It is NOT for boot tweaks for boots bought from any other retailer.

This appointment is for ski boots purchased elsewhere. We will measure your foot, and check that the boot is correct for your foot, and determine the condition of the boot before we advise what we can do to improve the fit. A footbed will be almost always required. If we cannot offer help due to the original fitting being incorrect we can advise on the correct boot option to remedy your issues, and continue to fit you accordingly, with the £50 credited to a new boot purchase. £50 minimum charge.

We can advise on the best skis for you to consider, the correct length to buy, and assist with binding options plus any accessories such as ski poles and bags.

For the dropping off of ski and snowboard servicing from 1-5 items. If you require a ski binding check please make sure you give us ONE ski boot for each pair of skis. Please remove all ski straps, bags and snowboard bindings before putting your servicing in the locker. If you do not wish to remove your snowboard bindings, we can do so for an additional charge of £5 to cover recording the position, removal, and correct refitting. When you book you will receive an access code within 1 working day.
